Here you have the opportunity to creatively implement your own fashion and ideas.  Everything you need to know, you learn with fun in our sewing courses, which are offered in Anis Nähschule in Wiesbaden/Mainz-Kastel and conducted under the competent guidance of our master tailors.

In the sewing classes you can use our Brother sewing machines or bring your own sewing machines. Each student can create their own sewing project from pillows to wedding dresses in the sewing class. The fabrics, matching threads and sewing accessories for your project can be purchased directly from our store in Wiesbaden / Mainz-Kastel. As a course participant you even get a 10% discount on your fabric selection!

Sewing classes for beginners and advanced!

To ensure optimal instruction, the number of participants in our sewing courses in Wiesbaden is limited to a maximum of 4 participants. In our sewing courses you can use our Brother sewing machines (F 400 TESTSIEGER Stiftung Warentest!) or bring your own sewing machines. Also our overlock machines (2104 D Stiftung Warentest GUT) can be used. These exclusive sewing courses consist of 4 dates á 2,5 hours for the price of 120,- Euro. Each course participant can realize his own sewing project in the sewing courses. The fabrics, matching threads and sewing accessories for your project can be found directly in our store. As a course participant you even get a 10% discount on the fabrics!

Cutting course (does not take place at the moment!!)

Reading, adjusting and customizing patterns is an important part of sewing. In our cutting course you will learn in a group of maximum 3 people all the important details that you need to adjust the cut, so that your result will be very good. In this sewing course in Wiesbaden / Mainz-Kastel you will learn how to take measurements correctly, how to read cutting sheets exactly and how to copy them correctly. We will adapt this cut to your body shape. Then it is transferred to the fabric, cut and the garment is sewn. The cutting course includes 4 dates á 2 hours.

  • Cut paper (tissue paper)
  • Writing material (pencil)
  • Rulers
  • Cutting scissors for paper and fabric
  • Tailor's chalk or marking pencil
  • Appropriate material or fabrics and inserts
